Hi Verla
Haven’t communicated with you for a few months…sorry about that. Yes, the nightly news is mainly bad – – crazy bad! Let me remind you that Scripture tells us that before the return of our precious Savior, all hell will break loose. It seems that those prophecies are beginning to play out. That, by the say, is no excuse for us to give up on spreading God’s goodness where possible.
Changing the subject, you have a small typo in your latest missive – – Jesus was around some 2000 years ago, not 3000. But then what’s a mere 1000 years among friends.
What you need is a little good news. So, here is a good old song from Anne Murray to that end. Enjoy! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XTJcchmKhPw.
Be greatly blessed, my dear friend. Let the glory of our Savior shine through you and your blog.

Gary, good to hear from you! Thanks for catching my typo. Much appreciated. Yes, what we ALL need is a little good news. I’ve found myself at a loss for words…literally…in the wake of all that’s happening in our country. I’m hoping for fresh insights soon. 🙂
